Strawberry Balsamic Salad Dressing

Drool worthy salad dressing. That’s right, a salad dressing that induces drool.

I despise store bought salad dressings. I buy them because I can’t always have homemade on hand, but every time I use them, I don’t finish my salad…it’s the truth. Homemade salad dressings have so much more flavor and freshness to them. So much so that once you try them, you won’t want to go back. You’ll have to sometimes, because life happens, but you’ll be sad about it. Boo hoo.

Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes

Zoe turned two last week, and the party decorations are still up. Perhaps, I’m hoping that if I leave them up she’ll stay just as she is, and I can enjoy her sweet two year old self just a bit longer. Just a wish…after all, I did help her blow out the candle.

Fresh Strawberry Pie

Plate lickin’ good!

Thanks Sunflower Market for offering strawberries at only 88 cents a pound! I bought 6. Why not? There was no limit, and really if I had more time I would have done like the lady next to me and bought 3 cases.

What can’t you do with red delicious juicy strawberries? I really only had one thing in mind though. Fresh Strawberry Pie.
